Introduction

Welcome to Netflix VOID ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at netflixvoid.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Independence Notice. Netflix VOID is an independent AI demo and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Inc. The "Netflix" name appears in this product's brand only and does not imply any partnership, license, certification, or relationship with Netflix, Inc. or its subsidiaries. References to "Netflix" elsewhere on this site refer to our product name "Netflix VOID" and not to Netflix, Inc.

Description of Service

Netflix VOID is a free online AI demo that:

  • Detects the subject of a video clip you upload.
  • Replaces the original background with a solid color, an image, a video loop, or outputs a transparent / green-screen plate for compositing.

The service is provided free of charge, requires no account, and runs as a public demo on shared GPU infrastructure with usage limits set by the upstream provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Netflix VOID only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Upload videos depicting non-consensual sexual content, content sexualizing minors, or content intended to harass real individuals.
  • Upload videos for the purpose of producing deceptive deepfakes or impersonating real persons in misleading contexts.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-process clips beyond reasonable demo usage.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service or the underlying AI model.
  • Use the service to violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to videos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your source clips, your composited results, or any background asset you supply.
  • Source Material Responsibility: You are responsible for confirming you have the rights to any video you upload and to any background asset you composite into the result. Netflix VOID does not grant rights to material it did not create.
  • Our Service: The Netflix VOID website, its design, copy, code, and brand assets are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • AI Model: The AI model used by Netflix VOID is a third-party model hosted on Hugging Face Spaces, subject to its own license and terms.
  • Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party trademarks referenced on this site, including "Netflix" used as part of our brand, belong to their respective owners. Such use is not an endorsement.

Privacy

We do not retain your uploaded videos. For full details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The AI processing results will meet your specific quality, accuracy, or use-case requirements.
  • The service will be available at all times — the underlying public AI demo may experience downtime, queue limits, or unavailability without notice.
  • Cutout edges, masks, or composited backgrounds will be production-grade or free of artifacts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netflix VOID and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, video files, or work product.
  • Inaccurate, low-quality, or incorrect AI processing results.
  • Service downtime, queue delays, or unavailability of the upstream model.
  • Any consequences arising from your use of the AI output (commercial, legal, reputational, or otherwise).

Third-Party Services

Netflix VOID relies on third-party services including:

  • Hugging Face Spaces — AI model hosting and processing.
  • Cloudflare — Hosting, content delivery, and basic security.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — Anonymous analytics.

These services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netflix VOID and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, in connection with content you upload or composite using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
